Before you begin
Never leave a lit tealight or the burner unattended, keep it away from anything that can catch, and let it cool before you move it - the burner gets hot on every surface, not just the dish. Light a smudge stick only over a heatproof dish, in a ventilated room, and make sure it is fully out before you leave it. Baths are slippery after a bath bomb, salts or fizzers; patch-test if your skin is sensitive and follow each pack. The salt lamp is for a dry room and a USB socket, not the bathroom. Keep the bracelet, the fizzers, the melts and any tealights away from children and pets. This is a set of objects and an evening to spend inside them; nothing here treats, prevents or cures anything, and putting a piece of paper in a box is a way of thinking about something, not a way of resolving it.
