Before you begin
Never leave the candle or the incense unattended, keep every flame on a heat-resistant surface away from the journal, the cards and the trays, and lift the stone and the flowers out of the candle before the flame reaches them. Burn incense only in its holder, in a ventilated room. Do not bathe by candlelight alone. The bath potion, the soak, the dust and the bath bomb make a bath slippery; take care getting in and out, and fish the bracelet out before the plug. The perfume oil is a cosmetic for skin: patch-test first, keep it away from the eyes and from flames, and stop if it irritates. The ritual water contains alcohol; keep it away from flames, eyes and mouth. The stones, the spheres, the wand, the pendulum and the pendants are not toys and not for children. Keep every item, and all packaging, away from babies, children and pets. This is a candle, some incense, a stone, some cards and a page with a question on it, arranged so that one evening has a shape; nothing here treats, prevents or cures anything.
