Before you begin
Never leave the candle or an incense stick unattended, keep them away from anything that can catch, lift the crystal pieces out of the candle before the flame reaches them, and burn incense only in a purpose-made heatproof holder in a ventilated room. Do not bathe by candlelight alone. Epsom salt makes a bath slippery; take care getting in and out, and follow the pack. The room spray is for the air, not skin or eyes, and not near a flame. The tea contains caffeine, milk, soya and almond; check the tin before drinking it if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a known allergy. The quartz pieces have sharp points, selenite dissolves in water, and the wand is heavy: none of the stones, the pendulum, the sphere or the pendant is a toy or for children. Keep every item, and all packaging, away from babies, children and pets. This is a candle, a tea, a bath, a journal and a drawing of a labyrinth; nothing here treats, prevents or cures anything.
